The successful candidate will be responsible for performing legal research, drafting documents, and preparing reports.
They must have excellent organizational skills, an attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will also have experience in the legal field and a strong understanding of legal terminology.
Responsibilities:
Draft legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, and motions.
Organize and maintain case files.
Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda.
Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, and other court proceedings.
Maintain contact with clients and witnesses.
Conduct investigations into facts of cases.
Prepare summaries of depositions, interrogatories, and testimony.
