We are a high energy, state-of-the-art dental office.
Responsibilities include checking patients in/out, scheduling appointments on Carestack operating software, answering multi-line phone system, confirming insurance coverage & eligibility and other duties as needed.
MUST be bilingual Spanish and English (verbal and written).
Professional experience a plus, medical or dental office experience preferred.
Must be a team player, able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment! Key Competencies-verbal and written communication skills-professional personal presentation -customer service orientation -attention to detail-motivated self starter-reliable.
